The graduating students of many schools in the province are coming to LFC for recollections during this time of the year. Recent groups are the Seniors from the 7 sections of the Binmaley Catholic School and the very nice graduating students of FQD Special Science High School of Lyceum Northwestern. They all had memorable experiences here at LFC....

Binmaley Catholic School, Inc.
LFC hosts the Recollection of the graduating HS and Elem. students again this year. The overwhelmingly good feedbacks and the unforgetable experiences of the select students (not everybody then "volunteered" to "try" having a Reco at LFC) last year, made them ALL come in full force this year.
Since LFC has only 190 beds, the more than 340 students in HS and 80 in Elem. were separated into 4 groups.

ALD-CLERGY MEETINGS
Every month, the priests of the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan meet for recollections or updating at LFC. This February, Archbishop Cruz and Bishop Mayugba invited Bishop Mylo Vergara of the Diocese of San Jose, Nueva Ecija (a suffragan of the Archdiocese) to give a Conference on the Ongoing Formation of Priests.

LENTEN RECOLLECTION FOR ALL ALD-LAY MINISTERS
ALL SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS of the Lenten Season at the Lay Formation Center (LFC) will be reserved for the Recollection of all the Lay Ministers in the Archdiocese.
This year, there will be three speakers for the recollection: Fr. Manuel Bravo, the Director of Malasiqui Catholic School and Mapandan Catholic School, Fr. Jeremias Cera, the Rector of the Mary Help of Christians Minor Seminary, and Msgr. Mario R. Morales, the Rector of the Mary Help of Christians College Seminary and the Vicar Forane of Queen of Apostles Vicariate. There is hope that there will be enough confessors for the recollections from the different Vicariates.
The schedule will begin promptly at 8:30 in the morning with the celebration of the Eucharist. After the break, the first and second conferences will be given at the LFC Hall. After lunch, there will be the Stations of the Cross and personal evaluation of all the Lay Ministers. This will be followed by the third conference and the Penitential Rite and Confessions. The Recollections are expected to end at around 4PM.
On Sundays, when the Lectors are scheduled to have their recollections, it is recommended that there will be some assigned substitutes for this "once a year spiritual activity." Otherwise, those who cannot make it during their scheduled dates will have to opt to come on March 7 (Friday) for Lay Eucharistic Ministers, and March 14 (Friday) for Lectors.
Aside from the Updating-Seminar of All Lay Ministers, the Lenten Recollection is a requirement for the recommissioning on Holy Thursday Chrism Mass (cf. Circular Letter of the Archbishop, No. 4, Series 2008). Registration is P200 only.
