FERN-C

Everyone knows, it seems, about FERN-C - the non-acidic Vitamin C. The Management of FERN held their "Personal Awareness and Leadership Program" at LFC from Jun 25-27, 2009. Here are some pictures taken during the culmination of their seminar.

SILVER WEDDING at LFC

A simple yet beautiful celebration of 25 years of marriage was held at LFC for Madam Leila Cruz's daughter, Maria Eleanor married to Ambrosio Valero. Madam Leila of St. Joseph's Drugstore, is a very generous benefactor of the college seminary and also of LFC! We pray for her entire family, especially for the couple and their son, Chino.

Of the graduates of the College Seminary in 1992, the following became priests: (L-R) Fr. Allen Romero and Fr. Mario DC Sanchez (Lingayen-Dagupan); Fr. Angelito Arsola (Urdaneta); Fr. Alfred Viernes (Alaminos); Fr. Jonas Agustin (Tarlac); Fr. Rendrix Rabago (Alaminos).

Not in the picture are Fr. Abrazado (SVD) and Fr. Rodolfo Mejia (Antipolo).

ST. MARY'S UNIVERSITY (Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya)

The faculty and staff of St. Mary's University, from the President (Administration) to the teachers in the elementary level, came all the way from the province of Nueva Vizcaya for their annual recollection held at LFC. The three batches came separately June 4-5; 5-6; and 6-7. Their activity started with a pilgrimage at the Shrine of Our Lady of Manaog.

Their recollection was facilitated by Mr. & Mrs. Josiah Go. Thanks to Fr. Ador and his staff for choosing LFC.

2009-2010 MODULE for Retreats and Recollections

Fr. Mario DC Sanchez, LFC Director, starts a new module for Retreats and Recollections this June 2009. It is based on Matthew's Sermon on the Mount. It is hoped that at the end of the experience, the participants would grow in their:

flair for PRAYER
yearning for LEARNING
attitude of GRATITUDE

It is to be remembered that Catholic Spirituality could be summed up in for brief and memorable axioms:

LOVE is POSSIBLE
EVIL is REVERSIBLE
FORGIVENESS is AVAILABLE
and HOPE is REAL.

St. John the Baptist Catholic School RETREAT

Fr. Frank Ungria, the Director of the Catholic School in Pinaglabanan St., San Juan, Metro Manila brought his teachers and personnel at LFC for their annual retreat from June 1-3, 2009. Their amazing journey was facilitated by Sis. Susan Aoaonan, and conferences were given by Fr. Mario DC Sanchez and Msgr. Mario Morales. Fr. Anthony Layog came for their confessions.
